Welcome to The Southern Wind House.  Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood steps away from Perdido Bay public beach access where many enjoy fishing,  paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. This three bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably. Features large eat-in kitchen, washer & dryer, large family room with sofa bed, central heat & air and a large parking lot to accommodate any size boat and/or RV. Lillian's free public boat launch is a short half mile drive. Boaters are a 15-20 minute boat ride to the  Gulf of Mexico.

REFUND POLICY: We issue a full refund as long as cancellation is 30 days before check-in. 29 days or less, you forfeit the 50% deposit
